Write down your goals, then write down the people you spend time with, listen, follow, and see if they align with your goals. If they don’t align with your goals you can either change your goals or change the people.
Barriers of objection:
To have a higher conversion rate think what are the barriers of objection that will stop someone from working with you, contacting you, or anything that is your goal. Once you have identified your goal remove as many barriers of objection before the meeting or the close. This will increase your success rate because you will have removed all but a few objections in advance and have few hurdles left to passing that goal line.
Wei Wu Wei:
The Wei Wu Wei is the Taoism practice of “Action without Action”
Return On Time Investment (ROTI), the time you commit to an action that creates time and/or return on capital. An example of this is setting your credit card payments such as Master Card and Visa on PAD agreements (monthly auto payments). Automating the process of paying your credit cards eliminates the possibility of late charges and creates 15 minutes every month (infinite returns on time).
Another good practice for this is to set a dollar value to your time and then adjust it as needed. For example:
1. You set your value at $/hr.
2. A task requires to be completed Ie. Mow the lawn.
3. Action is to identify the cost of the task and compare it with your assigned dollar value.
a) If the task is greater than your dollar value then complete the task
b) If your assigned $/hr is greater than the task outsource it, and make more money with your time or just enjoy the time you have created for yourself.
